Emma manages the daily operations of Wessex Appraisal Service Ltd. She oversees finances, reviews contracts, policies and procedures, and liaises with our commissioners to ensure smooth delivery of services. With a background in start-ups and healthcare operations following her BA and MPhil from Cambridge, Emma is your main contact for any operational or contract-related enquiries.

Tom manages the smooth running of the appraisal process, working closely with both appraisers and appraisees. He oversees our appraisals database and feedback collection process, ensuring data is handled efficiently. With previous experience as Accounts Director and a deep understanding of medical appraisal and revalidation, Tom leads our growing team of appraisal coordinators, ensuring our appraisers are supported to deliver exceptional appraisals across the UK and beyond.

Kat is the go-to contact for all training enquiries. She leads Wessex Appraisal Services Ltd.’s full training programme, including New Appraiser Training, Current Appraiser Skills Assessments and ongoing appraisal skills development. Kat also designs and delivers bespoke training tailored to individual and organisational needs. With an MA in Education (2017) and a background in executive coaching since 2020, she has delivered a wide range of training to diverse professional audiences. Kat brings industry-leading expertise to every session, ensuring it’s practical, engaging and impactful.

Harry leads on all marketing, branding and communications for Wessex Appraisal Service Ltd, and is our main coordinator for our annual conference. With a clinical background before moving into marketing, she brings valuable sector insight to everything she does. Harry plays a key role in sharing our work, insights and resources with the wider appraisal community. Lauren supports appraisal coordination and handles general enquiries across the business. She is dedicated to providing a supportive and personalised experience for everyone she assists.
