Contact Wessex Appraisal Service Ltd. via our general enquiries email and you’ll be directed to the most appropriate member of our team.

2. Understanding Your Needs
We arrange a phone or virtual meeting, supported by email discussion, to understand your priorities and the scope of the review.

3. Agreeing the Detail
We confirm the full specification, including:
  • Pricing
  • Scope and objectives
  • Timescales
  • Contracts
  • Quality improvement tool(s) to be used
  • Preferred feedback format (written, in-meeting, both)

4. Delivery of the Review

Policy Review: Typically completed within 2 months, including time for discussion and revisions

Full system review: Typically completed within 3-6 months, depending on staff availability for interviews

Quality assurance of appraiser summaries: Usually completed within 1 month, depending on volume and preparation

5. Feedback and Next Steps

Findings are shared in the agreed format, with clear insights and practical recommendations to support continuous improvement.
