We’ll arrange a call or virtual meeting to understand your requirements, audience and objectives.

We tailor the training content as agreed - including updates on relevance, bespoke elements where desired, and alignment with your organisation.
4. Pre-Course Preparation
We provide training materials and pre-course handouts in advance, you share branding and attendee details.
5. Training Delivery
Our experienced trainers facilitate the session(s) for you, including practical elements and expert feedback where applicable.

Kat leads Wessex Appraisal Service Ltd.’s full training programme, including New Appraiser Training, Current Appraiser Skills Assessments and ongoing appraisal skills development. Kat also designs and delivers bespoke training tailored to individual and organisational needs.
With an MA in Education (2017) and a background in executive coaching since 2020, she has delivered a wide range of training to diverse professional audiences. Kat brings industry-leading expertise to every session, ensuring it’s practical, engaging and impactful.
